Become part of Pack 109

New Scouts and families are welcome year-round. Here's how to get started.

Who can join?

Any child in kindergarten through 5th grade is eligible to join Cub Scouting. No experience needed β€” just curiosity and a sense of adventure. Cub Scouting is a family program, so parents and guardians are encouraged to take part too.

How to get started

  1. Reach out. Send us a note and tell us a little about your Scout.
  2. Visit a meeting. Come see the fun before you commit β€” your first visit is always free.
  3. Register. Complete Scouting America registration and join a den for your child's grade.
  4. Start the adventure. Grab a handbook and dive into your first activities.

What does it cost?

Cub Scouting has an annual registration fee set by Scouting America, plus a small pack fee that helps cover activities, awards, and events. We never want cost to be a barrier β€” please ask us about assistance if you need it.
