Webelos are fourth graders taking their first big steps toward Scouts BSA — the name stands for "WE’ll BE LOyal Scouts."
The program gets more adventurous: Scouts cook their own meals, sharpen their camping skills, and start visiting Scouts BSA troops to see what’s ahead.
